We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return?

1. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization confirmation*. Please include your purchase order information in your email and the reason for return, including photos in case of manufacturing/quality defect.
2. Pack and secure your shoes in their original packaging along with your return authorization form.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you’re set! The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. Please return all items by courier and ensure the parcel is insured and able to be traced as we will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

*If your return is accepted we will send you instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Galibelle takes great pride in the quality of our products and manufacturing. If for any reason, you receive an item which has a manufacturing defect or quality issues, we will promptly assist you with a refund or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we will not accept refunds in case you have changed your mind after placing an order. But, we will exchange your item in case you have ordered the wrong size.
All gift cards and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Size Exchanges – Once we’ve received the item you wish to exchange, we will contact you via email to confirm stock availability. If the item is available it will be shipped upon your approval and payment of shipping charges.

Once we’ve received your package and inspected the items our Return & Exchange department will process your item cost refund. Please note that after the refund has been processed by your banking institution it will usually take 5-10 business to reflect in your account.
